A lid applicator is designed for automatical application of non-screw lids with tear-off (safety) tape (EASY LOCK, SNAP-ON) and to close filled cans, tubes or cups that are brought from the filling station. The assembly consists of a lid hopper, a lid conveyor and a vibrating lid applicator. The applicator is flexible and can be used for different package heights, the machine is very simple and fast to rebuild (manual, automatic). After closing the packages with lids, the packages are moved for further handling (labelling, cartoning). The applicator is equipped with a sensor for checking the applied lid.
The lid applicator is ideal to include in a complete line for moving, filling and capping tubes, cups and cans.
