TEKRO, that's nutrition and consulting in the field of farm animals
A company with purely Czech capital does not only produce animal feed. They are based on long-term cooperation with breeders and thus offer a comprehensive approach including consultancy. Their goal is the perfect condition of farm animals and therefore, of course, their productivity. At Tekro, they know that great results from cooperation are better than any advertising. After all, that's our aim also.
And then they revived GOLEM
Before we met for the first time in 2022, Tekro was using one not entirely satisfactory production line and packed part of the production by hand. Feed additives (vitamins, minerals) are an incredibly fine powder that flows almost like water. When handled, they are even dustier than plain flour.
And so the manual packing of the bags took place in a very demanding environment.
The solution was our GOLEM Flexi bagging device, which packs additives into 20-40kg bags and does definitely more work than human hands. But most of all, people were relieved.
The main task was to squeeze the complete robust GOLEM bagging equipment with Nordson gluing station, first-class Fishbein sewing head and LOMA checkweigher into tight spaces. However, our designers modified the device so that it eventually fit into the production premises.
Excessive dust is solved by completely closing the operation and central extraction.
