CHECKWEIGHERS SPECTRA

SPECTRA checkweighers are designed for automatic control of the final package weight and verify whether each product meets the defined weight limits. They are suitable for integration into both new and existing packaging lines in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and other industries.
The system enables automatic rejection of non-conforming products and can provide feedback to the dosing system for continuous batch correction. The result is higher production accuracy, reduced customer complaints, and lower losses caused by product overfilling.

    PRODUCT REJECTION OPTIONS

    SPECTRA checkweighers can be equipped with various automatic rejection systems for non-compliant products:

    • Air Jet (compressed air nozzle) 
    • Side push rejection (Pusher) 
    • Down Belt rejection system 
    • Flipper mechanism 

    The final solution is selected according to product type, package size, and required line speed.

    APPLICATIONS

    SPECTRA checkweighers are suitable for inspection of:
