The MH 250 horizontal packaging machine is designed for the automatic filling and sealing of pre-made pouches and doypack bags. It is suitable for a wide range of products in the food industry and other industrial sectors, and can be adapted to the requirements of individual production lines.
Its main advantage is the two filling stations, which allow two different products to be dosed into a single pouch. This is particularly useful for manufacturers packaging product combinations or ingredients that require separate dosing.
The machine handles various types of pre-made pouches up to 250 × 350 mm. The touchscreen control panel makes it easy to adjust operating parameters and change pouch formats. The maximum mechanical capacity is up to 35 pouches per minute; actual output depends on the product, pouch size and dosing systems used.
The machine can be used for packing small pieces, granular, light-flowing, heavy-flowing, pasty and liquid products.
