Part of the sale of our machinery is also an online service, thanks to which it is possible to intervene in the software in the form of remote access. This service is based on inspection through a camera and internet connection.
If necessary, our service technicians will determine the cause of the error using a camera by connecting to the system. They will then either fix it online or use a camera to guide your company's maintenance staff to fix the problem.
If the repair fails, we guarantee a service trip within 48 hours of reporting. Thanks to the online service, your machine can be repaired in the shortest possible time.
