A sewing head designed for closing open-mouth bags, with or without tape. It handles paper bags, polyethylene bags (min. 120 microns), bags made of coated woven polypropylene (WPP) and multi-layer bags.
The head features low vibration and quiet operation. It has a pressurised self-lubricating system and is sealed in oil against dust, dirt and foreign particles, so it withstands long operation even in dusty environments.
The sewing heads are installed in NOMATECH GOLEM bagging machines.
Speed: up to 1,900 stitches/min
Stitch length: 7–11.5 mm (9 mm as standard)
