Yes. We handle the complete project from product intake to palletization. We ensure product supply, dosing, component mixing, product transfer to the packaging machine, packaging into sachet or carton boxes, group packaging, cartoning, carton erecting and sealing, robotic palletization, and transfer of final packages. It depends on the devices and packaging style you choose.

After a non-binding consultation and needs analysis, we propose a solution, prepare a quotation, and possibly visit your site. After finalizing details and approving the project, we prepare a purchase contract. Once signed and a deposit is paid, we design and manufacture the packaging line. Upon completion, a factory acceptance test is conducted at our facility (with original product and packaging material). Installation, commissioning, and training are carried out personally at your site at a mutually agreed date. A handover protocol is drawn up after on-site acceptance testing.

Yes, in most cases, the machine or complete line is installed by our technicians. In exceptional cases, after training at our factory, the customer may install the machine themselves.

Yes, we provide a Technical manual and user guide, including electrical schematics, Declaration of conformity certificate, and Electrical system revision. Language options include Czech and English (in some cases also Polish, Russian, and German). Other languages are available on request and for an additional fee.

Machines are made from high-quality steel/stainless steel. For food packaging, product-contact parts are made of stainless steel AISI 304; upon request, AISI 316 steel is also available (food, pharma).

The machine operates in temperatures from 5 to 35 °C with relative humidity up to 65%. It must not be installed in chemically aggressive environments or areas with explosion risk. The machine must be levelled. Dust around the machine should be minimized. Floor vibrations can affect performance.

Operating the machines is environmentally friendly and generates minimal waste. About 15 cycles with empty bags are required at startup – this waste is automatically separated and recycled. During regular operation, no additional waste is generated. After the end of service life, no harmful substances or gases are present. The machine consists mainly of a steel frame, fully recyclable, and acrylic covers, which can be processed as standard plastic.

For placing groups of cartons into a carton, we recommend the casepacker CASE.

With proper maintenance and service, our machines last 10–15 years or more.
