Where is our market going?

For example, there was an increased interest in packaging in eco-friendly packaging and increasing the automation of the entire operation. A large number of our customers are adding additional equipment to their existing lines in places that previously required manual work. With this trend, there is also a growing demand for comprehensive turnkey solutions compared to purchasing individual machines.

What is it like to exhibit at an international fair?

It is probably not difficult to imagine that our work does not start on the day the gates of the exhibition open, but long before that. From registering and booking a convenient place for the stand, choosing the machines that will represent our portfolio, providing graphics, tickets, layout and production of the stand, refreshments, accommodation for our team... there is really a lot.

However, language skills are also very important. English is a must, as we have also talked to potential customers from Latvia, Greece, Lithuania, Romania and Hungary. Given that the majority of visitors came from Poland, of course, it was a big advantage for us that we could also communicate in Polish. We also used Ukrainian, for example.

But we don't only speak Polish at the stand. We provide a complete service from communication, business offers, contracts, instructions to language localization in the packaging machines themselves.

What did our visitors see?

They could see two representatives of our cartoning machines, the horizontal BOX 60H and the robotic BOX ROBO GROUP. In both cases, these were devices for which, due to the mentioned trends in the market, interest is growing.

How did you manage to approach new potential customers?

Given the events of the recent past, miracles were not to be expected. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised by the interest from established customers and the number of new contacts. We managed to discuss dozens of requests in detail, and we are of course happy about that.

Joy when a visitor calls after years

It is not a rule, but such an experience is all the more pleasing. We also experienced a case where a visitor to our stand at a trade fair in Germany contacted us 4 years after the exhibition only on the basis of the catalog he took with him at that time, and today he is already using our line.

Where are we going next?

We have plans. For now, we have promised our participation in Warsaw Pack 2025 and Interpack 2026.
