Where is the market heading?
The year 2025 clearly confirmed what had already been indicated in previous years – automation is no longer a competitive advantage, but is becoming the standard. Companies are facing pressure to improve efficiency, a shortage of labor, and rising costs, which is why they are increasingly investing in fully integrated lines. We have seen a significant shift toward robotic handling and the interconnection of individual machines into smart, cohesive systems.

At the same time, the focus on sustainability continues, but no longer only at the level of materials. Customers are also addressing packaging size optimization, waste reduction, and energy efficiency in operations. As a result, demand is growing for solutions that combine performance, flexibility, and environmental responsibility.

What is it like to exhibit at an international trade fair?
Organizing participation is once again a complex project with many variables. Compared to the past, we placed even greater emphasis on the overall visitor experience—from live machine demonstrations to clearly communicating the benefits of our solutions. It is no longer enough to display a machine; it is essential to show how it delivers real value in practice.

The international character of the trade fair was once again evident. In addition to the traditionally strong presence of Polish companies, we held discussions with representatives from across Central and Eastern Europe. The ability to communicate in multiple languages therefore remains a key part of our approach.

What did visitors see at our stand?
At our booth, we presented solutions focused on a higher level of automation and modularity. Visitors were particularly interested in applications that can be easily integrated into existing operations without the need for complete line replacement. Flexibility and the ability to expand step by step are now among the key decision-making factors.

How successful were we in reaching new customers?
Although the market is more cautious and investment decisions take longer, the quality of discussions was very high. Fewer random contacts, but more concrete projects – that is the trend we observed. We established a number of promising partnerships with the potential to develop into long-term projects.
