The company's products include dishwasher tablets, dishwasher salts, rinse aids and other household care products.
What does our cooperation consist of?
The Austrian company fills washing powders, dishwasher powders and special cleaning preparations for dishwashers and washing machines on our filling line LUNA-T. The specifics of such products is, of course, dustiness.
The solution is the complete covering of the entire line and the well-thought-out preparation of the extraction points, from which the dust blown by the controlled air flow is removed by the central ventilation system. Also, the filling heads sink deep into the packages during the filling process to reduce the drop height for dusty material.
What equipment is used in claro?
This is our fully automatic filling line LUNA-T for packing cleaners into tubes and containers. It consists of a depalletizing device for a supply of tubes or containers, a conveyor system, a filling station with two filling points, multihead weighers for product dosing, lid applicator stations with a lid hopper and a lid conveyor, a big bag station, check weighers with a metal detector, a rotary table, and a marking device.
As usual for our equipment, it is a modern device based on robust technologies, high-quality materials and components and requiring only minimal maintenance.
But there is more to come...
We are working on other offers for new projects. Full automation as a continuation of this delivered line - casepacker CASE - forming groups, cartoning groups and robotic palletizing is also under discussion.
For us, expanding cooperation with existing customers is proof of their satisfaction and finding a common vision.
