The zipper applicator is an optional accessory that can be added to packaging machines. It enables the machine to produce practical resealable “zip-lock” bags. This type of packaging is especially popular where repeated opening and closing is desired – such as with food, coffee, pet food, or dietary supplements. Products stay fresher longer and retain their aroma.
The zipper applicator can be integrated into both vertical packaging machines of the TOBOGAN 250S and TOBOGAN 350S series, as well as the horizontal machine MH 170 FE Zipper Doypack.

doypack (stand-up) bags
The zipper used is heat-sealable, and its selection depends on the type of film used. We do not supply the zipper itself, but we are happy to recommend a suitable type and test it directly on the packaging machine to ensure smooth operation.
