The 49.9 kWp solar power plant with battery storage helps us cover part of our consumption directly on site at the new hall in Vlašim. From commissioning in November 2025 to 1 October 2026, it generated 40.42 MWh of electricity and saved 28.66 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.

For the Austrian manufacturer claro, we implemented an automated line for packaging powdered laundry detergents and cleaning agents into tubes and containers. The line seamlessly integrates dosing, filling, sealing, quality control of finished products, and labeling.
Compared to the previous manual process, automation has approximately tripled production capacity. The line was also adapted to the spatial constraints of the existing production hall and allows for future expansion to include cartoning and robotic palletizing.

At our long-term customer Rollyx - a manufacturer of furniture casters that produces most of its components in-house - our vertical packaging machine TOBOGAN SPECIAL A1 has been operating for more than 10 years. And not just one machine. At the beginning of 2026, we installed the fifth NOMATECH machine at Rollyx.
Packaging spices is a technologically demanding process. It requires a combination of precise dosing, effective dust management, and reliable sealing of packaging. The key is to select the right type of dosing system (auger vs. volumetric), ensure dust extraction, and verify the quality of seals in real operating conditions.
For an Austrian company producing organic spices, two practical constraints also played a role: a very wide product range and minimal space available for a new production line.
From April 14–16, we participated in the international trade fair Warsaw Pack 2026, a traditional meeting point for companies in the packaging and packing technology industry. We presented the continuous vertical packaging machine TOBOGAN and two cartoning solutions.
