BACKSTAGE | Our Own Energy for Our Own Production: Solar Power Plant with Battery Storage at NOMATECH
The 49.9 kWp solar power plant with battery storage helps us cover part of our consumption directly on site at the new hall in Vlašim. From commissioning in November 2025 to 1 October 2026, it generated 40.42 MWh of electricity and saved 28.66 tonnes of CO₂ emissions.

CASE STUDY | Automatic packaging of laundry and cleaning powders into tubs and jars for claro
For the Austrian manufacturer claro, we implemented an automated line for packaging powdered laundry detergents and cleaning agents into tubes and containers. The line seamlessly integrates dosing, filling, sealing, quality control of finished products, and labeling.
Compared to the previous manual process, automation has approximately tripled production capacity. The line was also adapted to the spatial constraints of the existing production hall and allows for future expansion to include cartoning and robotic palletizing.

MACHINERY | Food Industry Inspection Equipment: When to Choose a Checkweigher, Metal Detector, or X-ray System
Can a metal fragment in a bag of chips be reliably detected when the bag itself is made of metallized film? Yes. But the inspection equipment will probably not be located where you might expect it to be.
CASE STUDY | Deli Meat Packaging Automation for PRANTL: Speeding Up Assembly Without Rebuilding the Facility
PRANTL's two new slicing lines together produce up to 200 trays of sliced deli meats per minute. However, there wasn't enough space in the facility for fully automatic cartoning. NOMATECH therefore designed and delivered two compact semi-automatic cartoning machines that deliver the required output with minimal space requirements and without the need for extensive rebuilding of the production area.
CASE STUDY: Multi-lane stickpack packaging machine with Inkjet coding
How did we solve stickpack coding for batch numbers and expiry dates? The VOLCANO 250S10 packaging machine produces up to 350 sachets per minute. Find out how it works.
CASE STUDY | Into the bag, not through it: Packaging casters for Rollyx
At our long-term customer Rollyx - a manufacturer of furniture casters that produces most of its components in-house - our vertical packaging machine TOBOGAN SPECIAL A1 has been operating for more than 10 years. And not just one machine. At the beginning of 2026, we installed the fifth NOMATECH machine at Rollyx.
CASE STUDY | How to solve spice packaging
Packaging spices is a technologically demanding process. It requires a combination of precise dosing, effective dust management, and reliable sealing of packaging. The key is to select the right type of dosing system (auger vs. volumetric), ensure dust extraction, and verify the quality of seals in real operating conditions.
For an Austrian company producing organic spices, two practical constraints also played a role: a very wide product range and minimal space available for a new production line.
FAIR | Warsaw Pack 2026: Digitalization, Flexibility, and Pressure on Return on Investment
From April 14–16, we participated in the international trade fair Warsaw Pack 2026, a traditional meeting point for companies in the packaging and packing technology industry. We presented the continuous vertical packaging machine TOBOGAN and two cartoning solutions.

CASE STUDY | Food packaging: how to solve precise packaging of fine matcha powder
Packaging fine matcha powder requires accurate dosing of small portions, protection of seals from dust, and moisture control during the process. In this case study, we show how a combination of the TOBOGAN 250C vertical packaging machine and the RACKET-S micro auger filler helped move packaging from a copacker to in-house production.
